Artistic Nails

Went in for a bridal party Mani/Pedi so there were 5 of us in total. Place was very clean which was nice and 4 of the 5 of us had a great experience so my advice is be careful who you get.

My esthetician was either new or having a bad day or both. She rushed my pedi so I was done a good 10 minutes before everyone else (who got a nice leg massage - I did not despite paying the same price). Polish looks okay, not a super clean look and she got it on my skin a bit.

Shellac manicure looks a lot better but again there was some polish on my skin. She cut me with the nail file -felt like a cardboard cut, it mostly just stings. The sharp pain surprised me so I yelped and she rolled her eyes at me like I was making it into a bigger deal than she thought it was??? Didn't apologize.

For the manicure, I guess I moved one finger while it was curing so there was a spot of polish missing that another esthetician pointed out (I think it was the owner?). My esthetician made sure to tell me it was my fault no less than 10 times - okay it's my fault, is there really no way to fix it? The other girl was able to smooth it out with the dremmel so that was okay.

Overall the place is clean, the end result is decent, even if the experience wasn't, but the other 4 girls seemed lovely. So 4/5 isn't too bad. I'm hoping she was just having a bad day.

I'm very pleased with the service my mom and I received today. The lady that looked after my mom was very kind and considerate. We left very satisfied and with beautiful nails.

Brought my daughter here and they had a perfect set up for kids to get pedicures. My daughter was so relaxed she almost fell asleep. They were so accommodating and kind. Great experience and atmosphere- will be back!

Super nice staff! Took their time and provided excellent service. I like to take a book to read and I usually worry about making conversation. They were super respectful and didn't seem to mind my reading at all! I loved the stone massage, which was included in the regular pedicure!

Have been coming here for quite sometime now, everyone who works there are lovely. And their work never disapoints.
