Canals Townhomes

We have lived in our townhouse for over a year. From the start Melissa , Brydon, Christine and Paula have been an amazing team to deal with. We felt comfortable with them and the information that was presented to us. After a year we are happy that we chose a Slokker home. They have made sure that all our concerns are addressed and they continue to make sure that we as home owners are happy with our choice. The neighbors are great and find it fairly quiet. With any project there will always be a few hiccups and that is to be expected but Slokker and their team are always there to respond to any concerns and prompt with communication. The design is to our liking.

I purchased the Marcus C unit and love our little home. 1500 sq feet of living space. Sound proof units AND even managed to fit my SUV in the garage! Great price point. We are excited for the construction to be completed so we can take advantage of the walking paths, parks and gardens!
