These guys were amazing! Our furnace went out over night and we woke up to a very cold house. We called all the 24 hour lines and these guys not only answered but were able to fit us in same day just a few hours later. They showed up on time, figured out the issue and were able to both find the part we needed and have it fixed in just a couple hours. Definitely recommend them for furnace issues you may have.

Highly recommended! Very friendly, knowledgeable staff who genuinely care about their customers. Cascade HVAC installed my AC unit a few years back and the unit has been been very reliable for the most part, except for reasons due to simple maintenance that I should be performing :( Whether I've had to reach out for advice or to have a technician dispatched, these guys are very consistent and prompt! In my most recent experience - my service request was received on a Monday and the problem was fixed the very next morning. In this instance, Josh the technician fixed an issue with the AC not turning off at the set temperature - this took less than an hour! In addition to the repair, he made a few tweaks and adjustments to ensure the unit was running optimally. You guys are the best!
