I went to the bathroom 6 times, couldn't eat more than 1 meal yesterday but my body craved water water water! Yesterday Mt body was entirely exhausted, like I ran a marathon. I went to bed early and woke up with a lot of energy. Still not hungry but my body is detoxing. I lost 4 lbs!! My stomach is flat and feels tighter and my body no longer aches... made a water melon berry smoothie, slowly going to eat more when my body asks for it!!! Will definitely do it again, excited for the wood therapy and targeting other areas of the body.
