The thing I wanted to share is that I had recently reached out to them to ask for a suggestion on what to do with a hornets nest that was recently discovered at our cabin out of town. I was very worried about my small kids getting stung they not only told me what to do (on the weekend) but also brought me the product and didn't even charge me. They care about their customers and that means the world! USE THEM!
