I have had my brows done in the past by professionals in Palm Springs, that do not compare to the brows done by Jennifer. She is confident, capable and so pleasant.

Jen took as much time as I required insuring I was happy with the color, the the shape and continually made sure I was comfortable, and constantly checked my pain level throughout the entire procedure.

Jen advised me what she was doing throughout the procedure, always checking; adequate numbing and comfort. She showed me her plans and her progress throughout the session. She provided the advise and assistance I required to make good decisions she knew I would be most happy with.

Her studio is spotless, her concern for personal safety is impressive and her skills and bedside manner are unsurpassed. Her follow-up was timely and genuine, I felt at ease instantly and felt important and appreciated from the time I was greeted (even 10 minutes early)

Jennifer is extremely professional and patient, and really took the time to explain the procedure and healing process in detail, which put me at ease about doing something so ‘permanent’ to my face! Meticulous and incredible attention to detail. She is also super personable and down-to-earth, which made for a really comfortable experience for someone on the shier and more introverted side. One of the only services I have had done where the artist actually follows up to see how I am healing, which truly shows how much Jennifer cares about her work and her clients. Her spa-like studio is a total bonus – it’s absolutely adorable (on top of being extremely clean)! I am so happy that I put my trust in Jennifer to give me the brows I've always wanted and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone considering getting theirs done.

Jennifer is a fantastic person, extremely professional, and her studio is very clean, organized and spa oriented. Love, love the plants!!!
