I was impressed, the first time we met, with her professionalism and caring attitude. She takes very careful notes, and updates those notes with each booking to ensure there are no changes. The care she will provide your pet will be exceptional. And she never forgets to send you a photo so you don’t get too lonely!
I had an unplanned trip due to a medical emergency, and had to leave within a 4 hour notice. Deanna came over immediately to verify all the details were current. It was the longest I’d ever left my fur baby alone, and I came home to a healthy and happy cat. It was as if, I’d never left!
I’d also like to mention that her background makes her exceptionally qualified. It gives me a lot of reassurance knowing that if there was something not quite right, she would notice but would know just what to do.
