Eaglemont Manor

This is a very nice place to live. Common areas are kept very clean. Maintenance is quick to answer and tend to anything that you need to have dealt with in your apartment. Staff is friendly. There are fairly large dogs allowed. Grounds around building are kept clean and tidy.

The building was kept clean along with the parkade and outside parking. Any problems that came up were addressed in a timely fashion. The staff were very friendly and curtious.

Very clean and well-kept building. Quiet neighbors made our stay here for 2yrs an excellent one. Close to all kinds of walking trails, and across the parking lot from rec centre. Building management is onsite, and any issues that come up are dealt with promptly. Great place to live!

I lived at Eaglemont Manor for 2 years and I never had any issues. Staff is friendly and helpful, maintenance responds to your request at a timely manner and is always friendly. Eaglemont adds things to the building like a dog Wash station, More weights in the fitness room and keeps up with cleaning I enjoyed my time in Eaglemont.

We have lived in Eaglemont manor for the past 5.50 years. The only reason we are moving is because we got a job in another town and it is way to far to commute.
I have never had problems with the apartment or the residents. The general manager has always had time time to talk or text whenever we did have a request for maintenance . Thank you Deepam for always taking the time to help us out and get the maintenance work order processed rapidly.
I recommend this apartment complex to anyone that is looking for a great community and a home.
