We buy our turkey's every Thanks giving and Christmas from the Farmers market and the difference between the Turkeys from HBC and those that we get at the supermarket (which are frozen) is like night and day. The Gentlemen at the market are always polite. I would highly recommend buying your next turkey and produce from them.
