First time I've ever been here. We rushed over in need of a pannier rack. We were a little close to closing so we were a little worried. But the people at Bentley cycle were more than happy to help, will certainly be coming back

Went and picked up a new bike today, I haven't had one in 20 years. The staff was so helpful and patient as I had no clue what to get. Really happy with my bike and it is special now days to recieve service from genuine people who have your best interest at heart. I will be returning to Bentley Cycle and recommend to anyone who is looking. Thanks for the great service 👍

Pedal fell off spindle after a few blocks of riding. It was local riding so no big deal, left a message and the guy offered to run me out new pedals in a couple of days (awesome cause it was Sunday and he called back in 5 minutes, but I had a spare set to put on). If you headed out on a trip, I’d think about taking it in somewhere to have a tech go through it quickly unless you have some hours on it. Giving 3/5 because I don’t think this is a chronic issue; I’ve heard great reviews from actual riders. Maybe just bad luck for me...cheers

Brian and Abby were great ! They explained what was repaired on my E Bike and made suggestions as to what I could do to improve my maintenance. The repairs were completed on time and a at a extremely reasonable price. I highly recommend Bentley Cycle for all your bike repairs and tune ups! They have a great selection of accessories and bikes. Looking forward to seeing their new location on the corner south of the Bentley Hotel. ( the old liquor store)
