I had the opportunity to collaborate with him on the Beaver Lodge Laneway by Studio North, a unique and inspiring laneway home as part of the Eleanor Luxton Historic Foundation. The project required a careful approach to construction due to the historic value of the site, which Fraser was able to manage with expertise.
