Chef Michael catered our wedding and we were very pleased with the quality, price, and delivery of the food. He and his staff exceeded our expectations and were very easy to work with.
We just had our wedding at the Bill Warren Training Center in Canmore last weekend with Bow Valley Gourmet as our caterer.
Michael is amazing to work with - he is relaxed, very chill, flexible and truly wants to adapt to make the day what you want it to be. He was responsive to my emails, flexible with recipes, ingredients and changes. He had excellent recommendations and was adaptive to food intolerances. The food was INCREDIBLE with multiple guests commenting on the quality of the food. He was transparent with costs and clarified before proceeding with something that was an extra cost. The service during the wedding was professional and he checked in multiple times with us to make sure things were going well. Price was very reasonable for the quality and quantity of food.

Bow Valley Gourmet catered our wedding last weekend. They provided an amazing plated dinner (AAA Tenderloin and Alaskan Salmon) and served a great assortment of hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour. All of our 96 guests loved the meal and raved about how tender the beef was and how fresh the salmon was. Chef Anderson and his staff are super attentive, experienced, and professional. We highly recommend Bow Valley Gourmet!
Just completed our wedding reception with the amazing help of Michael Anderson and his crew. Best in the Valley. Food was insanely good, quality of food at the buffet was consistent and they accommodated for all of our guests with allergies and other dietary concerns. Chef Anderson was such a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Some of our favourite dishes were the Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Butternut Squash Ravioli, and Prime Rib. We had a wonderful experience working with Bow Valley Gourmet and Chef Michael to arrange a private dinner for our group in Banff. Chef Michael provided a range of options at the onset and was very accommodating to our needs. He helped guide us towards menu options that suited our large group. The dishes were beautiful and delicious and personnel professional and courteous! Highly recommend!
