I have had physiotherapy with Christine for many years now and she has always had a very preventative and holistic approach. She truly understands what my body needs and always sets me up for success with takeaways to incorporate into my daily life to help with any issues I have going on, and to ensure I keep my body on the right track for the activities I want to continue doing. Christine is thoughtful in her methods, always leaving me with clarity. I would highly recommend her :)
