Save On Wine U-Brew

Our typical year is six months in Florida and six months in Canada. My pet peeve is the culture shock we experience every year when we return to Canada. Canadian alcohol prices for equivalent quality are staggering, and wine is no different in that regard. Colin is my son, and he has been making quality wine for many years. You can’t imagine how happy I was when he opened his own winemaking business. I have ordered a Chardonnay, Raspberry Merlot, Muscato and most recently a Chocolate Port. Each and every one is stellar, and we were so thrilled we took some or the Port to our Florida friends last December. Result – they would like more!

I love this place. It’s almost a wine making home from home. Variety and selection, care and advice. Colin is def a man with knowledge. I have ordered a few batches of various wines and ciders and not one, repeat, not one has disappointed me.

I have asked Colin for guidance and not once has he tried to upswell / resell; it’s always what I want and some tweaks as needed.

Supplies bottles too - saved me trying to find 30 bottles in the dumpsters 😁

All in all, I couldn’t recommend it enough. It’s super reasonable cost when you are all said and done, and I’m from Europe and perpetually hate Canadian alcohol prices!

Love this locally owned and operated little gem. We’ve been brewing red wine with Collin for about a year now and won’t consider other options now. Great quality and value. Trying the beer next.
