1st time going in this gym was free, i liked it definitely coming back next time I'm in town.
Staff is amazing. Gym is clean and everything you need. Definitely recommend
I love total works gym. Prices are fair and they have every machine you could ever need. Change rooms and the facility is always immaculate and staff are always very friendly. I've been going here for years.
Been regularly training here 5-6 times a week. Enjoy the various great quality pieces of equipment in the facility. The staff are excellent and friendly and other members seem friendly enough, no problems in busy or peak hours sharing equipment. Haven’t had a problem with anything since I been going. It’s a good stop for the price. More then just a gym it’s a total facility for the who like family. Thanks staff and who ever else keeps this place running on all cylinders to keep people in shape and off the couch.
Love this place. I am older and I feel very comfortable here. Love the 3 different floors. I do wish they had better showers though, but its not a deal breaker.
