Shawne is trained in several forms of massage and combines his techniques to fix what ails you.
It was a love / hate experience ( only because I have a low pain tolerance ) with Shawn and it was so worth it because he promised me results. I know I need a lot of work to get completed to work out some of the toughness in my body and Shawn was very thorough in making sure that I worked out certain area's that needed attention. Highly recommend his expertise and knowledge. You want a "grey haired pilot" steering the plane if you want to get to your destination and Shawn is the person to help you get there.
