(September 24, 2021, 2:01 am)Real Canadian was great. Very responsive. Honest. There is a shingle shortage this year and they were able to get me in early because I was willing to take any colour available. Their installers were hard working and polite. By the end of the job there was no visible evidence that they had even been there, actually it was better because they blew off my patio!
I requested they take extra precautions to protect my soft asphalt drive way and they went above and beyond. I wanted a couple extra vents that hadn't been arranged beforehand and they sent a guy to pick them, no problem. As someone who works in the real estate industry I see hundreds of roofs every year, some good and some VERY bad installations. Also as a fellow Tradesmen (Carpenter) I have installed 50+ roofs myself. I did my due diligence before hiring a contractor and Real Canadian had a fair price. Not the highest and not the lowest. I'm very happy with my final choice. Thank you.
