By now they are like family, and knowing that our massive investment (135,000 square feet of it) is well looked after with Advanced gives us much peace of mind. The service is always timely and friendly, and Seldon always endeavors to find reasonably priced solutions that are within our budget. Highly recommended.
(October 17, 2020, 9:11 pm)Last week, our water tank had issue to light pilot due to my fault when changing anode rod. So the senior HVAC mechanic Damian Grosso came in very short notice at the same day, just taking an hour to dry up the pilot assembly, doing a bit maintenance and give me some training about daily facility maintenance and check up. Great job.
