My partner and I just bought our first home with Anthony Stirling of CIR realty, and I could not say enough good things about him! He was incredibly helpful and informed. He answered every question we asked, and also constantly provided us with additional information that we didn’t even know that we should be asking about! He was always very prompt with all his replies to emails, texts and phone calls.

Anthony was also extremely honest, which was refreshing, and incredibly helpful. It’s easy to get caught up in the excitement of buying a new home, but Anthony made sure we weren’t rushing into anything too quick, and he wasn’t afraid to tell us when he thought a home wasn’t what we were looking for. He provided invaluable feedback on the homes we looked at, and helped us make the right decision for us.

Anthony was very resourceful in finding the correct trades for the minor touch ups needed around our home. Along with looking into the minor details, Anthony went above and beyond by booking the appropriate trades and surveying companies needed for the sale of our home. He was also very prepared with multiple recommendations for professional services such as lawyers if needed.

I recently bought my first home with Anthony Stirling at CIR realty and he was awesome! Considering how little I knew about the house buying process before this, Anthony was very helpful during every part of the process. He was very patient and thorough as we looked at over 30 homes together, and gave helpful and honest advice about homes that would require a lot of work or were priced high. He worked very hard to make sure I was making a good decision, and didn’t rush me into anything. He is an excellent communicator and answered all of my questions quickly and completely. Throughout negotiations, Anthony was timely with his responses to the seller’s realtor. He worked very hard to do his due diligence and look into any potential problems to make sure these would not create issues down the road for me, such as during re-sale, etc. He immeditely recommended and booked a great home inspector who walked me through the entire property pointing out potential problems and giving me tips to improve efficiency of utilities and protect from wear and tear. Anthony was very thorough in making sure that any issues highlighted in the inspection report were communicated to the seller’s realtor and solutions were developed.

I would definitely recommend Anthony to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home!
