Can't say enough good things about this company, the appraisal we received was on target, and was done very fast. I've used other appraisal company's in the past, none of them compare to the service I received from Price Aspinall. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

If i could give 6 stars i would. Jenny has done a number of appraisal for me and his always prompt. She knows her markets really well and i would have no hesitation in referring her again and again.

I have never met a better team of Appraisal Professionals ever! Not once had they ever came up short on the numbers, their speed was impeccable and being able to speak with them at just about any time/day was a huge bonus. Dealt with many other Appraisers and these guys put them to shame. Highly recommend!!

Price (Jenny) is my go to appraiser. I have used her on every appraisal whenever they allow me to choose. I do several new home builds which are much more challenging than resale homes. When the appraisal is going to be questionable, she will work extra hard to make sure the valuation is there rather then sending it back and hoping it doesn't blow your financing. In fact, she has done so much work for our team, that she doesn't mind giving us her professional opinion off the books before we move on a transaction. She is and will continue to be our go to appraiser.
