Chris from personal banking is the best banker I have ever dealt with, everything with him is streamlined and efficient I highly recommend dealing with him for personal and buisness needs

Jayne and Erin are my favorite two in this branch (surely they will know who am I lol). Nice branch, quick service even they do always understaffed. Be prepare to wait in line if you go in peak hours

Update June 28 - The branch manager got back to me and apologized, and admitted that there are certain staff that needs improvement. I am not for anyone losing their jobs, but always improvement. Changed my review from 1 star to 4 stars - as the call was very appreciated. Hoping to see positive improvement in the near future.

I would honestly be careful banking here. Don’t listen to anything Athena says because she guesses. Then when you correct her, she doesn’t apologize and tries to justify what she meant to say. The branch manager is always on vacation and doesn’t respond to emails.

I’m a new customer at BMO with investments and I had plans to move my banking over. But it’s been a nightmare for the past 5 months.

I would never trust the financial advisors or Athena. This is someone’s life they’re “guessing” on. I’ve never seen a more careless bank.

I honestly was just expecting an apology, but this bank has one of the biggest egos, the staff are a joke. Go with any bank except for BMO. They’ll scam you and won’t apologize for anything. You’re always wrong in their eyes.
