I would absolutely be back here for anything related to my car. After the service they did an amazing detail and wash. Highly recommend this location. Ask for Phil!

My experience with Carstar Burnsland was excellent! My advisor, Juno, was exceedingly courteous, helpful, and friendly. The work they did on my vehicle is immaculate and the level of communication throughout was stellar.

Came from Vancouver Island, got stranded in Calgary with a major electrical disaster. Phil and Trevor were great to deal with. Phil helped me deal with the insurance, rental, repairs, even worked out a way for me to pick up my truck on the weekend when they aren’t open. Truck was cleaner then I’d ever seen it, and Trevor sent me on my journey home with an extra jug of washer fluid. Phil- I know I didn’t make it easy for you, but I really appreciate how much time and energy you put in for me. I know you didn’t need to do a lot of what you did, I can’t thank you enough for the exceptional customer service. Thanks to the whole team!

Got my car fixed from this location, half through insurance and half out of pocket. Phil Abusow was tremendously helpful in guiding me through the process and making it a pain-free experience. They also provide frequent updates through email, informing me of the process and the updates. Hopefully will never need to come back to a car repair shop again, but if so, I would come back here!

Excellent service! Juno, Phil and their team did a fantastic job on my car. They kept me informed throughout the process. I felt very confident leaving my car with them. My brother came with me to go through the the steps and they worked very well with him also.

The car was returned to me in wonderful shape. They also cleaned it inside and outside. I was thrilled!
