I purchased a commercial Keurig unit a few years ago and I was set up with all of the items I needed to get the unit plumbed directly into my home. When the time came to move the machine after a home renovation, Chad and Phil made sure I had the hose and fittings I needed to complete the move.....no charge. And they went the extra mile to meet me at the store on the weekend to get me the items.
