I attended the Craze Outdoors retail grand opening this past weekend. I have to say; their staff is extremely knowledgeable and assisted with any questions I had. Ended up purchasing a Fenix Flashlight, Solo Lantern, an Ororo heated Vest and some coffee too!

Ordered a lot of the Happy Yak eggs for recipes and was very happy with the quality and taste and they are excellent to add to a variety of dishes or cook on their own( they have the exact consistency of scrambled eggs, the taste is on the yolkier side but still very good). When I had a query about one of the other meals I had ordered the customer service was prompt (literally less than 30 min after I emailed) and answered solved my question with no issues. The delivery to Ontario was prompt I got my order in a couple days and in good condition would definitely recommend and I look forward to trying different items in the future (also going to be checking them out when looking to upgrade some gear too).

On behalf of my community association, I worked with Jason for a large order - 2 fire pits and a bunch of accessories. He was so supportive and helpful. And, I love the Craze fundraising program for non profits. We can't wait to unpack and "test drive" the fire pits before our first community event. Thanks Craze for the exceptional service!

I ordered a Bonfire Solo Stove for my sister and brother in law for their birthday. I am in the US and they live in Edmonton. I ordered the stove through Craze (an authorized solo stove distributor in Canada 🇨🇦) They were AMAZING! The stove was shipped quickly (they had it within a couple of days) and they even went out and bought a birthday card to send with the stove with my birthday message written in it. There are not many places that will go above and beyond like that to offer exceptional customer service! They were also super friendly & helpful when I called. I have recommended Craze to all my Canadian friends - they are fantastic!
