(April 21, 2022, 2:39 am)They do their best to deal with one of the busiest registries in the city... Always had a wonderful experience here not sure about all of the negativity... I've only seen issues from rude customers that were unprepared or did not have their paper work together... Still my go to registry... Plus it's not much they can do about how busy it gets... There are very few registries close by.

For recent 2,5 months I visited this registry several times and came across 6 agents here so far, and 5 out of 6 were just awesome: they are professional, knowledgeable, have a positive attitude and do their job well. Even sometimes there are many customers, the line moves pretty fast.
Definitely will be coming here again.
