First tan outside of a pro comp tan. The first spray didn't go so well, tan didn't darken up and a little spotty. Went back and let the customer service rep know. She took care of me, got new in on a darker tan that showed up a lot better and closer to what I was looking for.

Wanted to add that the rep was having an extremely unfortunate set of events at the time (beds not working, machines being uncooperative) and handled everyone needs well.

I came to Mackenzie to get eyelash extensions. She is extremely professional and patient. My eyes are difficult to work with, but she never said anything bad. She is a perfectionist and will do her best to give you a perfect lash!

Mackenzie gave me a set of Classic Lash Extensions a few weeks ago and they still look and feel great! She was very professional, comforting, and gentle with the service. Periodically checking in to make sure I was doing okay, very easy flowing conversation, and overall a fantastic experience! I will be recommending her to all looking to get their lashes done. ✨️

This is the third time at this fabutan that the air was not working in the tanning bed. I mention it upon leaving but only every get looked at and a obligatory “sorry.”
Are the beds not checked before opening? Very unpleasant experiences but generally staff are friendly.
