I hired Cam to do a moderate bathroom remodel (new vanity, flooring, build a support wall at one end of the shower, paint walls & ceiling, add tiles). He had initially indicated the job would be 2-3 weeks. He arrived in Mid October. I am a patient person and realize that life happens, but by mid December I asked him to finish up and to clean up his tools. I think he came by around mid December to finish the majority of what was left.
There was one thing remaining. He was going to build a box to put around a plumbing pipe that sticks out of the wall in a weird spot). He came back on January 21 to install it. It is made out of MDF. It’s a bathroom and particle board does not hold up well in moist environments. It will need to be replaced.
I had other projects that I needed done, and I hired another contractor.
I would not recommend.
I had Cam do a small repair job in my rental condo, he was so pleasant to deal with, professional and courteous. I would highly recommend!! Thanks Cam :)
Cam is very experienced... A true Jack of all trades.
I have used Cam a few times already. Very happy with his work!!
I needed help quickly with a exterior door/framing issue that was outside my wheelhouse. Cam responded and showed up really quickly to fix my issue. He also did the repair for minimal cost and was friendly and professional. I'll certainly be using him for future home repairs.
Cam did an amazing transformation work for our back deck. While our intention was just to replace the main deck boards (some of the boards were worn out), as the boards were removed, there was no proper support for handrails and the stairs were rotten with some fungi build up at the bottom stair (no air circulation). Cam proposed some quick fix solution and a proper one. He provided us quote for quick fix as well as the proper work. We went ahead with a proper fix including more support at the bottom (added more 2x16 according to city code), aluminum railings, and proper ventilation for stairs (compared to old one). Cam completed the work in expected time and budget. I would recommend him for any such handyman work.
