Very happy with the job on stucco work. But doesn't honoured the warranty. So good luck if you have any problems with the works. Would not recommend to my friends or family.

Gerardo completed the stucco finish on our acreage build in the Millarville area. They did a great job explaining the differences between acrylic and conventional stucco, and we decided on conventional. Not only was it difficult to find other contractors willing to work with that product, but the pricing was better than any other quotes.

Due to construction delays, exterior finish started much later than expected, necessitating tarps and heating. Gerardo supplied the equipment at no extra cost, and even let us borrow the heaters to prep for the basement slab, which saved us a ton on equipment rental.

After having to drill through for some exterior power runs, etc, we realized the stucco is over an inch thick! We love the high quality, strong and durable finish we got.

When people comment on our exterior finish, we tell them we believe we found the best guy in Southern Alberta for this kind of work.
