Highly recommend for university students. The landlady is very accommodating and responsive for any problems you might have. The locations are very convenient (short walk to grocery store, mall and parks and just a quick bus ride from university).

My overall experience was excellent. The landlady is nice and responsive. The house is safe, spacious, clean and in a really nice neighbourhood. All amenities were provided which made living in the house very convenient.

Hi, I stayed at one of the properties at 23 Ave NW, Calgary for 2 years straight. It is a very clean and well-organized house with amenities at a nominal price. I enjoyed my stay, despite being , in a shared space because the landlady - Phin, S. has made arrangements that minimized any friction that could occur within tenants. I am thankful to Lyna and Phin for making my stay a good one as they are very responsive and mindful of their tenants.

Our landlords were amazing people, really kind and accommodating. Their house was beautiful and well maintained. Newly renovated spaces too. Very convenient and close to market mall, one bus ride to university. It was beside a nice park with a wonderful view. I really enjoyed my 2 years staying in their house and they had a good relationship with us. Thank you very much!
