Cheng was wonderful to work with! She was so professional and accommodating with our last minute changes. The flowers looked so gorgeous and I couldn't have been happier with how everything looked. Cheng was on time to do delivery and set up and the flowers looked exactly like what I had ordered/envisioned. I would recommend her to anyone needing a florist

Outstanding customer service! I called 1st thing in the morning and they delivered within the hour. It was a unique delivery address and Cheng contacted me and sent a photo to ensure he was at the right location. My friend said the flower's are beautiful! Flower House did the flowers for my wedding (bouquets, boutonniere, mantle, and table greenery) and everything was exceptional! Cheng personally installed the greenery and flowers on the mantle at the venue, and it was overwhelmingly beautiful.
