Came here on a saturday walk-in last month. Staff are very organized and efficient. Woman I had for my bloodwork was very experienced. My veins are hard to find and she found one in an unusual spot and got it the first time. I was absolutely shocked. Downside is the weekend walk-ins are crazy busy and the wait time was long since I went first thing. I recommend going around 10:30am as the lines were vastly depleted by then. Otherwise make an appointment, those have priority.

I received excellent service! Thank you so much. I went in as a walk in patient at 3:38 today and was leaving with my blood work completed by 3:43. The tec was very pleasant and even did a happy dance when I said I was one year cancer free. I shall be returning for all my follow up blood work! Thanks again! Definitely a five star visit!

I've probably been here about a dozen times in the past decade for one sort of test or another (mostly blood work). I'm not fond of needles (who is?) but each time it was relatively painless to get blood samples regardless of who was on staff. Most times I've booked appointments online and found the system easy to navigate. However, they are a busy site so it can be several weeks to find an opening. In that case, I just go for a Walk-In appointment. It's generally a wait of an hour so I just bring along something to read to occupy the time. During Covid it has taken a bit longer due to all the added safety protocols. The one thing that would be helpful is to have an option to receive an automated text message approximately 15 minutes before an appointment is available. This would free up time for people to do other things while waiting. The staff I've encountered have always been great so I would definitely recommend this place based on my experience.
