(April 2, 2021, 3:10 pm)The cleanest gym in YYC, even before covid. The coaching philosophy is such that doing movements correctly and safely is much more important than going heavy or fast.
All you have to do is show up and get into shape. Everything else is taken care of. The additional services such as nutrition, yoga, massage are all added bonuses to the exercise.
Look at all the great reviews! What are you waiting for, just sign up! If you have never done CrossFit before, this is the place for you. The way Amanda and her team onboard new athletes to the sport is very approachable and not intimidating.
