I'm slowly transitioning lens systems and the advice and product selection I've received here has been superb - more than salesperson marketing silliness. They are happy to recommend solutions to meet any budget and seem to want me to go away satisfied. Good folx.
(January 8, 2022, 2:48 am)Came in here the other day for the first time (I had ordered a piece for pick-up) and had a really great experience talking with one of the people working in the store.
He answered all my questions and was attentive and super-friendly. The thing that really resonated with me came when I left.
He said, "We appreciate you coming in." It's so rare to hear that and it went a long, long way with me.
