I'm slowly transitioning lens systems and the advice and product selection I've received here has been superb - more than salesperson marketing silliness. He answered all my questions and was attentive and super-friendly. The thing that really resonated with me came when I left.
He said, "We appreciate you coming in." It's so rare to hear that and it went a long, long way with me. -
