Crystal is amazing! I had the pleasure of meeting Crystal six years ago when I began working at Wellspring Calgary. Crystal has been our trusted arborist for years. She is truly an expert. She is careful, strategic and she knows exactly how to approach tricky situations. When had a problem at home earlier this week I knew exactly who to call. She safely and carefully removed a large branch from my yard that had broken at the top of my 60 year old ash tree. It was resting on the power line to my home.
I am grateful for her expertise and her knowledge!!! Thanks again for taking care of this for me Crystal!!

We have used Arborist By Nature the last 2 years and cannot say enough about Crystal. She is a wealth of knowledge and is always happy to answer all my questions regarding our trees, pruning timelines and future plans for our yard. We have had her prune our pear tree, remove another fruit tree that was slowly dying and prune our lilacs. She took the care and time to explain everything to us and answer all my questions. Crystal's depth of experience as a professional arborist is very apparent because she always suggests several possible tree or shrub management options and explains the pros and cons of each option as well as her recommendation before you decide what you would like to do. For the excellent quality of Crystal's work at a reasonable cost, I find Arborist By Nature offers great overall value. I plan to continue to use Arborist By Nature for all of my future tree and shrub management needs.

Great tree removal service. They responded right away to my family's phone call for some tree pruning and a stump removal. We liked their friendly approach and would use them again for sure.
