Janna from Smitten Weddings was absolutely wonderful and the best decision we made in planning our wedding. She is very friendly, approachable, prompt in her communications, and has excellent opinions and taste! My husband and I would have had many mental and emotional breakdowns in planning for our wedding without her help. She went above and beyond in helping us plan for both our wedding and Sangeet the evening prior. We ended up pulling off the wedding of our dreams!

Janna and her team were so helpful and professional. She came highly recommended from friends of ours that used her services and we would like to do the same to anybody who is considering retaining the services of a wedding planner. She got to really know us as people and it was so nice to have her on the actual day of the wedding to make sure that everything went well. Hiring Smitten & Co. was one of the best decisions we made during our planning process. We had a general idea of how we wanted our day to look but neither of us had attended many weddings previously, or had any experience planning a large event, so we were feeling overwhelmed. From our very first meeting until our wedding wrapped up, Janna was calm, professional, and efficient. Throughout the planning stage she answered all of our questions promptly, offered knowledgeable advice, and helped to keep us on track, making sure we didn't overlook any aspects. She went through our timeline thoroughly, and pointed out logistical issues that never would have crossed our minds. I was worried that having our wedding on my parent's farm would lead to added stress for my family, and take away from their experience and enjoyment of the day. However, we worked together to create such a thorough outline for the day, and went over so many details, that when the day came we were confident that Janna knew our vision and could handle any issues. Everyone was able to relax and enjoy the day, knowing that Janna and her team were on site and had everything under control. I would absolutely recommend Janna to any brides looking for a coordinator, and I can't stress enough how happy we were that we invested in a month of coordinator. We had free-reign and flexibility to focus on aspects of our day that were important to us as a couple, and details that made it feel personal and unique. We could then count on Janna to pick up on any oversights, and then we all worked together to fill in any gaps or logistical issues.

Janna did an excellent job of managing timelines before the wedding and during the day! She was a resource we could not have lived without! I was in Edmonton completing a MSc and our wedding was in Calgary, and she managed to fit in Skype meetings so we could make things work. Thanks so much for all you did!

We had the most incredible experience planning and enjoying our destination wedding with Janna from Smitten & Co. As someone who was not particularly excited about planning a wedding, I was so thankful to have Janna by my side to answer my million questions and to bring things to my attention that I never would have thought of. Although Janna was not in the same city as the wedding would be, she was exceptionally skilled in bringing it all together.

When it came to the "day-of," I was even more grateful to have Janna by my side. She organized our bridal party, guests and vendors in a seemingly casual way that allowed everyone to enjoy the day without a single worry. I wouldn't even know if anything went wrong as I know Janna would have managed it with ease. Even our vendors were eager to share their praise for Janna's involvement!
