Yummy Yummy

Ordered using one of the food delivery apps and was pleasantly surprised.

Shrimp were large and deveined; batter on everything was a little on the thick side but that's how I enjoy it. The chicken balls were dunked in sauce (I'm a sauce on the side kind of person) but the chicken pieces were large and clean tasting.

Did not enjoy the egg roll, took one bite and was overwhelmed by a spice and unfortunately couldn't stomach another bite.

The fried rice was super enjoyable and reheated the next day extremely well!

The wonton soup was the highlight; I've been searching in the city for a good broth and wonton. A lot of places have an overwhelming "pork" flavor to their wontons or have broth that tastes and smells like dirty dish water. The wontons were plump and generous and the broth was so flavorful and everything had such a nice mild taste I've been looking for. A bowl of comfort tbh; I kept expecting a weird taste or perhaps a bite of bone or another weird texture as you occasionally get with ground meat. They were all delicious, mild tasting with no surprises.

This is our favorite chinese restaurant. We have ordered several times and everything is always fresh and delicious.

Today I found my new Chinese spot. As I was eating my meal today I was taken back to when I was a teen to a place in regina called the unicorn restaurant. They had the best food. I've tried alot of place hear and could never find that taste. I have found it. I totally recommend it.

Great and affordable Chinese food. The servings are always consistent, the quality of the food is always excellent, everything on the menu is affordable, and the staff are friendly. What's not to love?

This is hands down one of my favourite restaurants and truly a hidden gem in the Calgary community.

So good!! Really fresh , full of flavor. Generous portions. Really easy to get to now that the 162 Ave ramp to Stone Trail is open. 👍👍
