Ordered an item that was unexpectedly back ordered, after waiting a few days I reached out to them to get an eta. Jess Replied to me an explained a shipping problem, and after he realized it would not arrive on time if it went through the mail. He hand delivered it to my front door. Talk about above and beyond service. Not only will I be taking ALL my business here, I will be recommending all my collector friends to these businesses
