Mike is very personable and he kept things entertaining and taught us a lot! The jet boat was a fun experience and very important to getting into the right spots to fish. 3-2-1, boom.....would never have believed it unless I saw it. Mike said put it right there....my son did... Mike said wait, wait and then counted down from 3 and on 1, son hooked a good one! He did this all day....put it there guys...boom...another good one. Great guide, knows his craft so well. For the novices like me to everyone else, this guy will catch you fish. WOW! What a great experience. Went for a full day trip with my wife, and we cannot wait to get back out there with Mike. My wife landed a nice Brown trout and there was some good action throughout the day. He was very informative about what to use, how to use it and taught us so much about the Bow River. Mike has a passion for fishing and preserving the fisheries. This is of the utmost importance to us. If you are into spin fishing, Mike is your guy. The jet boat allowed us to cover a lot of water, which is a nice change compared to floating or shore fishing. The boat is very comfortable and safe and allows for a great fishing experience. Had a good trip overall, u always wish u could catch more fish but as usual u can't control that. He put us right where u would need to be and explained why and how to go about it. Mike is a funny and very informative dude! Good times, good weather ,good people, would definitely go again!
