Evan was a great help during my home buying experience. He was professional and very knowledgable though the whole process. His communication was timely and his knowledge about difference eras of building codes and upgrades was very helpful in deciding which home was the right one for me.

Evan served as my realtor for purchasing my first home. He did an outstanding job and earned my utmost respect and confidence. Purchasing a home for the first time was unbelievably stressful, especially with COVID and the insane housing market.

Evan alleviated those concerns to the best of any professional's ability and toured over 100 homes with my partner and myself until we found the right one. He was a constant advocate on our behalf and worked ridiculous hours to facilitate our purchase.

If you're going to place your faith in someone to handle hundreds of thousands or millions of your dollars, as well as advocate for you, and find you your home, you could do a lot worse and not much better.

We just bought our first house and Evan Wells represented us. I honestly could not have asked for a better experience.

I was very nervous at first, but he answered all of my questions (and there were a lot) in with an incredibly knowledgeable and patient approach. When he was unsure about something he would immediately research it and get back to me in the most expeditious manner. I sincerely appreciated his candor, as I knew I could trust him to always tell me the truth. I always felt like we were individuals to him - not just a means to a paycheck. I never felt rushed at a showing, forced into an offer, uninformed about a property nor awkward voicing my opinion with him.

We must have dragged this poor man to nearly 100 houses and he never once failed to show up ready to work, with a smile on his face. He really added to our experience by being so friendly, approachable and responsive. Even when we made him cross the whole city at 8pm on a Saturday he was nothing but a joy to work with. By the end of the process I was sad I wasn't going to get to see him as often any more! I truly feel like he was invested not only in a professional relationship, but also a friendship that helped him understand our needs and wants better!

I always felt as though we were the most important client (no matter how many others he had on his plate) whenever I would reach out to him. He really cares about what he does, but, more importantly, he cares about his clients. Being a millennial, I could not have imagined doing this whole process through formal emails, and Evan was more than happy to communicate with me via text messages, to which he was always responsive (even when I bothered him with new showings at ridiculous times).

If we purchase another house down the line, you can bet your bottom dollar we will be hiring him again.
