(February 10, 2023, 2:39 am)If you like moving, good music and dancing to get fit, Jazzercise is for you! This is good for any level of exercise; I have bad knees so I do a low impact style but still get a great workout. There are many different formats, some with weights and mats, others have more dance movements. Covid brought us live-stream classes which are still available so if you can't make a class in person, you have options.
