Brad is very nice and patient when we approached him for a home inspection. He was punctual on the day of inspection and stayed for a long time as he said he would. He was very meticulous and thorough and both traits were reflected in his report, which arrived promptly by the next day.

I love the idea of you pay only what you ask for. I have searched few company for home inspection but they charge for the whole house. But, this company is very thorough and charged me pretty reasonable rates and I’m very satisfied with the service. Highly recommended!
