Where do I start? I could write an endless amount of positive things about Greg and the team at Horizon Coast Estates. The one that sticks out most is just how much Greg and his team truly care about you as people, and not just tenants. From constant and immediate communication whenever needed on any issues, to sending us gifts during the holiday seasons. I don’t even have to mention the property because that feels like the bare minimum when considering everything they’ve done. However, the property itself - well kept, modern, and with any and all amenities you could ask for. We were having issues with a washing machine leak and Greg had it communicated and fixed within a week. As young professionals specifically in an industry that has a lot of potential and room for change, Greg was very helpful in confirming and trusting in our judgment of roommate changes. I personally only lived at the property for a few months before getting an opportunity in another province and it was bittersweet. Moving forward all I could ask for is if all my landlords had the professionalism, courtesy, and empathy for their tenants as Greg and his team have. To Greg and the team - thank you guys and happy holidays!

Greg and his team at Horizon Coast Estates have been truly amazing!!! They made my transition from Toronto to Calgary so easy. I just had to bring a suitcase of clothes and the rest was all there. The house was so beautiful. All the appliances were upgraded, the furniture was modern and EVERYTHING I needed was already there: Pots, pans, towels, sheets you name it! Greg was always a phone call away and answered any question or concern I may have had. His team truly cares for you as a tenant. They look out for your safety, security and overall happiness during your stay. I want to thank you guys for being awesome, accommodating and so kind during my time at your home. I will definitely miss it!!

I'd definitely recommend Horizon Coast Estates! Not only did the suite look and feel great, Greg was extremely accommodating. We like to play online games which require a good internet connection to reduce lag. Greg upgraded the internet service to help with this. When that wasn't enough to do the trick, he reimbursed us for a new WiFi modem that we had purchased for the house. This is an example of person who truly cares for his tenants and a great example of excellent service.

Living at the Horizon Coast Property was one of the best rental experiences I’ve had!

I had just relocated to Calgary from out-of-province, and knew nothing about the city. I was rushed for time so didn’t think I’d be in my first place too long, but I ended up staying for 2.5 years! Being fully furnished, the move was a seamless transition. Greg was so helpful, not only with the accommodations, but was very knowledgeable about the city as well.

The house was beautifully furnished; it looked like a show home when I went to view it. The furnishings are modern and simple (very easy to clean/keep clean, which was my favorite part!), and basically no yard maintenance aside from the usual Calgary winter snow shoveling.

I can’t remember any major issues, but Greg was very approachable and readily available when we had questions or concerns.

Overall, I’d give Horizon Coast Estates an 11/10. It was a fantastic rental experience!

I absolutely loved living at the Horizon Coast Estates property. I travel a lot for work and coming home to a beautiful and modern furnished house was always so relaxing. There was also minimum yard work which was a perk since I was only home half of the month. Greg is also a wonderful landlord. Great communication and any service calls were taken care of promptly and hassle free. I appreciated how professional my experience was and I'll never forget how welcoming it was when I first moved in.
