I messaged and received quick responses. I expected to have one item personalised in two weeks, but it took only two days for me to expand it to more than one gift, while choosing my items, colours, sizes and personalization. A big factor was that the value for money was amazing. I highly recommend Michelle for her professionalism and quality of products.
