One of the best decisions Ive made for self care. Brian is smart, professional and a great trainer. He knows all the aspects of fitness training and helps you to get to your goals.
I set an intention to find a personal trainer that I didn't have to pay for a gym membership on top of personal training. When I met Brian and saw his gym, I felt like I hit the jackpot. He is a great trainer that can push me hard but can also be gentle on those days that it is a miracle you actually made it to your session. There is always a huge variety of exercises and Brian is a great motivator. I always leave feeling my very best after a session.
My husband and I have worked with Brian on and off for several years now. Right from our first work out we knew Brian was the right guy for us! We love the personal one on one training without the big gym feel. He challenges us in a supportive, enthusiastic way that makes you feel like you can actually finish that last circuit, even when you feel like giving up. Brian is committed to you and your goals, no matter what it takes. If you are willing to put in the work, he will be there to support and push you to reach them.
Brian has been my personal trainer for 4 + years. He is awesome. My initial fear of the gym changed the minute I walked through the doors and met Brian. His professionalism is superb, he is fully certified so no injuries, the workouts are challenging, but with Brian’s encouragement I make it through each time feeling great. The variety of boxing, cardio, weights and floor exercises ensure you get a whole body workout and each workout is different which keeps me motivated. Brian will ensure you meet your goals and never make you feel intimidated. I highly recommend Everest Fitness and Brian for all your fitness goals.
My husband and I have been training with Brian for 5 years and he pushes us when we need it and modifies the workouts for when we need that too. He truly listens to us and being “seasoned” athletes, we appreciate a trainer who takes into account we are a little older but doesn’t allow us to use that as an excuse to not give it our all. I would highly recommend him to anyone starting out right up to the elite athlete looking for a challenge. My favourite workouts are the circuit and the boxing where we get a balance of cardio and weights. Our overall health and fitness levels are greatly enhanced with Brian’s help and encouragement!
