Marquee on 16th

We stayed there for more than a month. Marquee is a home away from home. It is beautiful, clean and well maintained. Tatjana and Sherwin are both great to deal with and they make a way to do extra help so we have the best stay. If you are looking for a place in Calgary, this is the best place to be.

I lived here for 4 years. What I really appreciated was that Sherwin (maintenance) was always on top of everything that needed to be fixed. Any time I had an issue or something broke, it was promptly fixed. The cleaning staff do a great and consistent job of keeping the elevators, lobby, and patios tidy. Tatjana and Elizabeth were really responsive, understanding and accommodating of the tenants needs, and were friendly which I appreciated a lot. If you are a respectful and responsible tenant, you will find it easy to have a good experience here.

Was a fantastic place to live during my brief stint in Calgary. Building Manager Tatjana was fantastic to work with. The building was always very clean, and quiet. Highly recommend!!

The Marquee was an awesome place to stay at during my time there. The management have been phenomenal even before settling in my new unit. From setting it up, move in and move out. Tatjana and the team were awesome and very responsive when needing any inquiries to be answered. Location was probably the best since you're very close to downtown and other go-to places (especially the food joints.) Also if you're facing the downtown side of the city, amazing at night! Everything, necessities were either walking distance or very short drives. Not to mention when wanting to visit the lakes and mountains, exiting is super close! Typical apartment up and downs but mostly ups for me. Recommended for sure!

Recently help move my son into a suite in this newer building. Management is very professional and responsive. Tatjana was great to deal with. Two thumbs up.
