Josh is so welcoming, personable, and knowledgeable and very quick to respond to questions you have. It was a pleasure working with Josh as well as Nate and Dean, the management of the building crews. I feel well taken care of by these guys, and they went above and beyond in my first walk through and then possession day. I would highly recommend this area and Daytona Homes as a builder.

Cindy Cheng and Sandy Tang are the best! We went through a lot on getting our first house yet they stick with us. They both have exceeded our expectations. We never felt like we are just someone who is just looking for a house. The hospitality and customer service is superb!

Cindy and Sandy were both extremely helpful and patient helping me search for my new home. They were quick to respond and really listened to figure out exactly what I was looking for; they had me thinking of things that never even crossed my mind. They were knowledgeable about their product and were quick to respond to all of my questions.
I had a great experience with them and will recommend them to everyone looking for new homes in this area.

My father owns a construction company back east so I am familiar with the building process as well as the buying and selling of homes. Because of this my expectations are pretty high for not just the quality of the home but the process as well.

I'm happy to say expectations were surpassed! The whole team (Sandy, Brenda, Nathan and Traci) were amazing to deal with. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. We are so in love with our new space and the quality in which it was constructed.

I would 100 % recommend this builder If you are considering building in Calgary!
