Extremely competent in both hardware and software, and pricing very reasonable. I brought my laptop in and received it back the same day, saving me hours of work I would have had to redo. Best kept secret in Calgary, will go to C-Tech for all of my future computer problems!

My desktop would not turn on from the power source and I also needed documents pulled from an old laptop that wouldn't move past the log-in stage. They upgraded the power source to my desktop for free and provided a very reasonable quote for being able to restore my old laptop in addition to extracting the important files.

A couple of years ago I needed a new power jack for my laptop. It was an older Sony and I was concerned that parts might not be available. C-Tech did the repair, no problem. Recently, I've been having problems. I took it in and testing showed the problem was the power supply. They ordered a new one, gave me a good price, very friendly service. I brought my work laptop into C-Techs because the screen went on it. They fixed it fast at a great rate. They suggested I get a hard drive to back up my QuickBooks and personal files in case a more serious problem occurs. I'm so happy I did that, my laptop is 4 years old and it would suck to loose everything on it. I'd highly recommend C-Techs for any computer services!
