Friendly and listens to your needs plus is there to support your desicion and give you advice to benefit you . Troy did a great job on our new rv pad. The online interactive quote made it easy to agree, and the utility locates and work started immediately after within a few days. All in all, KBS is not only well-run from a professional standpoint, but the physical work is completed in a skillful manner that only comes from experience. Also, Troy made sure the job was done to our liking and dropped off some extra rocks on the long weekend Sunday so we could get our trailer back home. Thanks again!
