For the price I would say this place is only okay. Lived here for a year and on the surface it looks great but the quality is not. Cupboard doors in kitchen don’t work properly, we had a leak in our apartment because the pipes weren’t attached properly above. The facilities are always breaking- sauna hasn’t worked in ages. Elevators are always breaking (always is not an exaggeration here!) and it’s not great for accessibility. The parkade entrance is the same entrance as for Superstore, so there’s often huge backlogs of people who don’t get their tickets validated and hold up all the traffic- so don’t be in a hurry to get anywhere. Also, the parkade doors are also always breaking. None of the parkade doors have automatic buttons and the key fob area is several feet from the door so is a challenge for some. And with the elevators always breaking you can be stuck in your apartment. Also- you HAVE to take the elevators as they lock the doors between every floor so you can’t even get to the main amenities floor by taking the stairs and there’s no stairs into the main entrance. Poor design! Also, poor storage in the apartments themselves. For the price, I have lived in better. I will say the maintenance guy is great! Super friendly and always busy running around doing stuff! Not a bad place, but okay okay.

I'm writing this review specifically regarding Serge in building maintenance. I cannot express how many times he has gone out of his way to be friendly and to be helpful. Thanks Serge for being amazing, you are such an asset to the building.
