My wife and I recently found ourselves dealing with a nasty tenant causing a lot of stress in our lives. I reached out to Parisa for guidance on the matter so we could better understand our rights as a landlord. From the start Parisa was very accommodating. Parisa felt our urgency and made time for a consultation on a Sunday of a long weekend! During our consultation; we felt comfortable and heard. Parisa took her time to listen and never made us feel rushed. Parisa truly showed concern for our family and made sure to let us know she would be guiding us through every step of the way while at the same time teaching us. She provided us with the confidence to effectively evict the tenant in 24hrs. I met with her in regards to a custody issue and she normally doesn't deal with those.
